Well, this is my last day off and then I'll be working a long stretch. I didn't cook supper last night...ate ice cream😜...so I will make some sausage and egg tacos on flour tortillas toasted in butter on the cast iron skillet this morning..
Joe will sleep until noon as usual.
Got good news at the dentist yesterday. Only one tooth needs a new crown. I thought I had broken two....cha ching.
I hope to spend much of the day outside today. It is beautiful in TX this time of year. I am piling up fallen limbs in the woods behind the house...I guess I'm a little wierd, but I love doing that...It's an escape...
I will call my mom this morning. I try to check in with her once or twice daily and she usually starts to cry when we hang up. Sure wish she wouldn't have thrown her husband out. She is miserable without him and has tried to get me to call him because he won't answer. He "ain't" coming back! I have hired her a part time caretaker in addition to the one she is paying for...Jesus, I wish Joe would throw me out but I guess he can't since it's my house☺.
